
Liz Walther has been active in the local horseback riding community of Fredericksburg, Virginia for over fifteen years. She started early in the hunter/jumper show ring and showed at local “A” rated shows. Later she moved to the jumper’s division in the central Virginia region. After high school Liz graduated from Meredith Manor International Riding Center where she majored in teaching and dressage.
Over the past two years Liz has accumulated in excess of 1,000 hours of certified in the saddle work and over 500 certified hours teaching fellow students and others in the Meredith Manor area. While at school she took advantage of all the different classes offered by this unique equine school. This included training classes, breeding classes, horse health and equine massage therapy classes.
She is now a certified equine sports massage therapist and is certified to teach students in all disciplines of riding. Over her time at Meredith Manor she became familiar with many different types of horses and training techniques and is very qualified to do training work and rides on all types of horses. Liz specializes in dressage, riding, and lessons but is also very familiar with hunter/jumper and western work.
